| Summary | 0000273: Backspace for mute a clip | ||||
| Description | There is one thing I would very much like to see. It annoys me that I need two hands (CTRL + m) to delete/mute a marked clip in the timeline, so I have to take my hand away from the mouse every time. This is very annoying for larger projects. Would it be possible to define the backspace key in addition to CTRL + m? The Backspace key is also in other NLE to delete clips. When editing footage I can stay in the workflow if I leave my hand on the mouse and with the other hand just press the Backspace key, that speeds up working in the timeline enormously. | ||||

An alternative shortcut of BACKSPACE has been added and checked in. Ctrl-m will continue to work. |

Thank you, it works fine. |
