We will attempt to make a tar (not a package) for Ubuntu 19.10 so you can continue to use Cinelerra. It will probably not be available until much later today, but will reply when/if.

The odd numbered releases of Ubuntu are only supported for a short period of time so with limited partition space on our build disk and with 20 other distros supported, we can not build for odd numbered releases on a continual basis.

Also, we will test Ubuntu 18 package install to make sure it works as we have not upgraded that distro for a couple of month.

There is a tar file Ubuntu 19.10 at:
   https://cinelerra-gg.org/download/tars/cinelerra-5.1-ub19-20200201.x86_64.txz
and it was tested. Also tested Ubuntu 18 tar and package just to make sure the libllmthread was working there.

To install a Cinelerra from a tar file is very easy.
1) download the tarball; assuming it is now at $HOME/Downloads
Now from a window:
2) cd /your_chosen_path
3) mkdir cin
4) cd cin
5) tar -xJf /$HOME/Downloads/cinelerra-5.1-ub19-20200201.x86_64.txz

Then to run Cinelerra, just keyin from a window in that directory: ./cin

That version in the .tar file works.
Thanks so much for creating this!

Apparently Ubuntu 19 will not reach end of life until July this year. Will try to remember to do an individual tar build until then.
